The Tracker S is the latest addition to BCA's avalanche transceiver series and one of the fastest, most compact and simplest devices on the market. The number of unnecessary search functions has been reduced, making the device easy to use. Experienced users will appreciate its reliability.
The display is designed for real-time measurement and continuously shows the distance, even during movement. The durable, temperature-resistant LED display provides clear instructions regardless of weather conditions and lighting. It shows whether two or more people are in the snow and whether the distance between them is less than 6 meters. The avalanche transceiver has an alarm function that is activated if several people are caught in an avalanche. In this case, the strongest signal is blocked for one minute or until you turn the device back on. You can see the entire search area, as well as the direction and distance of all signals received by the device, giving you a complete picture. All these functions can be controlled with a single button. The device also has an automatic reset function that automatically switches to search mode after 5 minutes of inactivity. This function takes into account the risk of multiple avalanches in a search area with a large number of people. The package includes a convenient carrying handle and batteries.
